Dr. Blake is a Board-Certified ophthalmologist who has been practicing since 2005. He graduated from Yale University in 1996 and entered medical school at Loyola University, graduating in 2000. He completed an internship at Resurrection Hospital in Chicago in 2001 and his residency in ophthalmology at Temple University Hospital in 2004.
He has been certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology since 2007.
